Kind of hard to believe after three years, there is only thirty more days until this sucker is out on the open market! Just to be clear on the release, it will be available for purchase only on Circle Into Square for a few weeks before it is for sale here at Dead Space Volume. The first 25 people who order the album will receive a free special cassette tape copy of SkelePhant ReMixTape (pictured below). These are currently being dubbed by me and will be extremely limited. Anywho, more on Elephant Graveyard will be unfolding throughout this month.

Today the UPS man dropped off my new album Elephant Graveyard. Nothing can really describe the feeling of seeing the finished product after three years of work. The album will be out August 31st on Circle Into Square and here at Dead Space Volume. In the weeks leading up to the release I will be releasing a free download called skelephant remixtape. It consists of songs I have recently remixed as well as unreleased otem rellik songs and snippets from the new album. I also have three videos to premiere on the internets. I’m also working on some cd release show here in Colorado. So yeah, shit is happening…soon.

I just got put on last minute to the Astronautalis show at the Aggie here in Fort Collins. Doors are at 8pm and its only $8! I’m on first so come on out!

The first sculpture I’ve done since 7th grade when I made a clay Louie Zamora head. Baby Captain is hand made and painted. He features an on/off toggle switch, on/off LED (in mouth), and an internal speaker. He operates off an easily replaceable 9v battery. Here are some photos of the process and a super hype video!
